Property management for landlords in Cyprus.

Problem
Small landlords often run their properties from a mix of spreadsheets, bank statements, messaging apps and paper folders. Rent that is late, repairs that are open and deadlines that are approaching are easy to lose track of.
Solution
Stegi gives each property a single record: tenants, leases, rent received, costs and repairs. A dashboard surfaces what needs attention, such as overdue rent, open repairs, new messages and the next deadline.

Property, client and document operations for estate agencies.

Problem
Agency information tends to live in Excel files, shared drives, WhatsApp threads, email attachments and paper contracts. As listings and clients grow, finding the right plot, document or contact takes longer than it should.
Solution
Aether gives the agency one source of truth. Properties carry structured land and building attributes, link to their documents and owners, and appear on a map. Clients are matched to properties by budget and preference.

Walking, gamification and local rewards on iPhone.

Problem
Local businesses want new customers through the door, and people want a reason to keep moving. Most step counters stop at the number.
Solution
Goovo connects the two. Steps sync automatically from Apple Health and earn points. Users compete on a monthly leaderboard and redeem points at nearby partner businesses they find on a map.

Helping cat owners organise vet-directed FIP treatment.

Problem
FIP treatment usually means a daily medication schedule for weeks, alongside weight, temperature and appetite observations and regular vet appointments. Owners often juggle phone alarms, notebooks and spreadsheets while caring for a sick cat.
Solution
FIP Together keeps the prescribed plan, reminders, dose history, daily observations and medical records in one place, and produces a clear summary for the veterinarian.
